From the south (Florida)

Take I-75 North to exit 18 and make a RIGHT (EAST) onto St Augestine Rd.  Then turn LEFT onto Gornto.  Follow Gornto until it dead ends into N Oak St.  Turn LEFT onto N Oak St.

From the west (Thomasville)

Take 84 East to I-75 north to exit 18.  Make a RIGHT (EAST) onto St Augustine Rd.  Then turn LEFT onto Gornto Rd.  Follow Gornto until it dead ends into N Oak St.  Turn LEFT onto N Oak St.

From the northwest (Moultrie)

Take 133 South which turns into St Augustine Rd.  Continue on until you reach Gornto and turn LEFT onto Gornto Rd.  Follow Gornto until it dead ends into N Oak St.  Turn LEFT onto N Oak St.

From the northeast (Lakeland)

Take 221 West which turns into Park Ave as you get into Valdosta.  Continue on Park Ave until you reach N Oak St.  Turn RIGHT (NORTH) onto N Oak St.

From the east (Waycross)

Take 84 West and make a RIGHT (NORTH) on Inner Perimeter Rd.  Follow Inner Perimeter until you reach Park Ave.  Turn LEFT onto Park Ave and continue until you reach N Oak St.  Turn RIGHT (NORTH) onto N Oak St.

From the North (Adel)

Take I-75 South to Exit 22 and turn RIGHT (EAST) on N Valdosta Rd.  Continue until you merge onto Patterson St.  Then turn RIGHT (WEST) on Northside Dr, go 1 block and turn LEFT on N Oak St.  We are located approx. 1/2 mile on the right side

We are located on the northwest corner of N Oak St and Gornto.

The building is a 2 story red brick and the sign reads North Oak Medical Plaza.

Come in the main entrance and come up to the 2nd floor.  Turn LEFT when leaving the elevator.
